Technical Assistance and Market Building Support

Allectrify Your Community (aka Building Decarbonization In-A-Box) provides free technical assistance to owners and managers of multifamily and commercial buildings. The program also provides assistance to community lenders–including banks, credit unions and CDFIs–to help them offer comprehensive financing solutions, including C-PACE financing. One of the central benefits of the program is that it creates a sustainable pipeline of solar PV and building decarbonization projects that can be funded by local lenders. States, municipalities, green banks and community lenders can launch an Allectrify Your Community program with funding from US EPA's Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund.
